Overview
Thank you for shopping at Mumpson! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms, delivery timelines, shipping costs and related notes for all orders placed on our store. All shipments are processed from Foshan, China, and we work with reliable international logistics carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. This policy applies to all your purchases and is supplementary to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China).
- We will conduct strict quality inspection for all lighting fixtures before shipment to ensure the products are in perfect condition and match the specifications on the product page.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track your package status through the carrier's official website with the tracking number.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order destination, order weight and order amount, and the specific shipping fee will be displayed clearly at the checkout page before you complete the payment.
- United States (Focus Market):We offer tiered shipping rates, and free standard shipping is available for orders over a certain amount (the specific free shipping threshold is displayed on the product page and checkout page).
- Other Countries/Regions:Shipping costs are calculated in real time according to the actual logistics quotation, and the final fee is subject to the checkout page.
3. Delivery Timelines
All delivery timelines are estimated only and not guaranteed, as international shipping may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays and unforeseen events. The total delivery time = Order Processing Time + International Shipping Time, and the specific timelines for major regions are as follows:
- United States:Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days; expedited shipping (optional) takes 3-7 business days (expedited shipping cost is displayed at checkout).
- Other Countries/Regions:Standard shipping takes 10-25 business days, subject to the actual logistics situation.
4. Shipping Carriers
We cooperate with well-known international logistics carriers (including but not limited to China Post Air Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx) to provide reliable shipping services. We will select the most suitable carrier according to your order destination and package weight.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
- Import Duties & Taxes:All orders are shipped from China, and any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other surcharges incurred in the destination country/region are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Mumpson does not bear any of the above fees, nor can we predict the exact amount of such fees (the fee standard is formulated by the customs of the destination country/region).
- Customs Clearance:We will provide all necessary shipping documents (e.g. commercial invoice) for customs clearance. If your order requires additional information for customs clearance, our customer service will contact you via the email you left when placing the order. Please reply in a timely manner to avoid delivery delays.
6. Shipping Notes for Lighting Fixtures
- Protective Packaging:All lighting fixtures are packaged with shockproof and anti-collision materials (e.g. bubble wrap, foam, hard cartons) to minimize the risk of damage during international shipping.
- Package Inspection:Please inspect the outer packaging of your package immediately upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged or the product is broken, please take photos/videos of the package and the damaged product, and contact us at mumpson@outlook.com within 48 hours. We will assist you in handling the follow-up matters according to our Refund Policy.
- Product Assembly:Some lighting fixtures may require simple assembly. The assembly instructions are included in the package, and you can also contact us for electronic version of the instructions if needed.
7. Address Changes & Order Shipment
- Address Modification:Please confirm your shipping address is correct and complete before placing the order. We do not accept address changes once the order is dispatched. If you need to modify the address before shipment, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to assist you (modification is not guaranteed).
- Undeliverable Packages:If the package is returned to us due to invalid address, buyer refusal to sign, or failure to pick up the package within the time limit, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs. We will contact you to re-send the order (you need to pay the re-shipping fee) or issue a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).
8. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs processing delays, carrier transportation delays, natural disasters, extreme weather, traffic accidents;
- Public holidays in the origin country (China) or the destination country/region;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer, or failure to reply to customs clearance information in a timely manner.
If your order is delayed for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number, and we will track the package status for you and provide a solution.
9. Multiple Items & Combined Shipping
- If you purchase multiple items in one order, we will ship all items together as much as possible. If some items are out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items first, and the out-of-stock items will be shipped separately once they are restocked (no additional shipping cost for separate shipping).
- We offer combined shipping discounts for multiple orders. If you place multiple orders, please contact us, and we will combine the orders and refund the excess shipping cost.
